All services are by appointment only. Standard appointment hours: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Mon-Fri and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. Appointments available outside of these hours as possible for an additional fee (see Fees, below).
For Your Appointment: 
  • NOTE: I'm not an attorney and can't give legal advice, and I can't help you complete your documents. If you have questions about your document(s), contact the document issuer/recipient or an attorney prior to your notary appointment. 

  • You will need one of these acceptable IDs: ​

    • ​A California driver's license/ID card or U.S. passport (current or issued within the past 5 years) 
    • Or, if it contains a photo, physical description, ID number and signature, and if current or issued within the past 5 years:

      • any U.S. state driver's license/ID card

      • U.S. military ID

      • Canadian or Mexican driver's license

      • valid passport from country of citizenship or consular ID

  • Note that documents must be complete (no blank spaces) before notarization (except signatures required to be executed in the notary's presence or areas reserved for specific agencies/parties).

  • You will need to bring the entire document, not just the signature page(s).

Notarial Service Fees:
  • Acknowledgments: $15 per signature notarized 

  • Jurats: $15 per signature notarized

  • Certified copy of Power of Attorney: $15 per copy

  • Oaths/Affirmations: $15 per person
